Eric Mann got his start in construction by sweeping floors for a Master custom homebuilder. He quickly grew past the broom and traded it in for a hammer. He worked his way up to decks, tile, framing and beyond. His craft soon caught the eye of the largest production builder in the US. He worked up the chain in numerous different managerial roles, all while growing his vendor base and a trusted trade partner system in the Greater Birmingham area. His path opened a multiped of builder connections and job titles with many different companies developing homes and subdivision from Huntsville to Montgomery.

Eric knew at his core the true success to the build was communication. With the subs, vendors, banks, agents, and most importantly the customer.

This simple yet powerful mindset coupled with quality selections and an extensive vendor base, allowed him to pursue his own custom home building company.
